Increasing orders for vessels with heat and cooling profiles, and the associated dependency on subcontractors, caused us in February 1999 to develop our own profile forming unit.

With the experience of retired employees as well as the commitment of our specialists we were able to build a cold rolled forming system for halfpipe coils of widths from 80 - 180 mm, matching our requirements. Thus continuous profile forming and rounding processes, accurately customized to the requirements of the vessels can be carried out economically.

Improvements are already in progress in order to coil the profiles directly onto the vessels and to weld them simultaneously .
