To maintain Germany's lead in vessel manufacturing, new production technologies have to be developed and implemented.

To compete at the forefront, BOLZ / EDEL has recently invested more than 2 million Euro exclusively into the field of production, and furthermore we developed, built and successfully implemented systems specifically adapted to our manufacturing.

Within the construction of large tanks we use seam rollers especially developed for this type of application, combined with plasma welding techniques and semi-automatic polishing units. A technology, which would not have been conceivable years ago.

In view of the constantly growing requirements for products within the pharmaceutical industry we purchased a semi-automatic polishing system, which allows us to grind and high-polish tank ends of up to 6 m in diameter.

These are only a few samples of our on-going measures to maintain competitiveness and reputation. Our investments not only aim at economical targets, but we also achieve facilitation of laborious processes and additional protective measures for our staff.
