Quality
assurance is the leitmotif for all areas of our operational procedures
and manufacturing processes. In the past optional, today a must.
In order to meet the growing requirements, rules which are binding
for everyone were established for all operational procedures, not
only for the production processes, but also for the commercial and
technical procedures.
The ISO 9001 Certification for BOLZ Apparatebau GmbH has been
achieved in April 2003.
To meet the requirements according to DIN EN ISO 9001, EN 729
and HP-0 a quality manual was created already in the year 2000.
Herein the operational procedures, test methods and test instructions
are recorded and regulated.
Particularly
during manufacturing, our products are continuously accompanied
by quality assuring checks. Thus all incoming material which is
going to be processed is checked, re-stamped and verified by appropriate
material certifications. As far as welding is concerned, procedure
checks which are approved by the TÜV are executed, welding
instructions are handed to the individual workers and welders must
pass exams. In addition to the general checks related to welding,
non-destructive tests are made during the manufacturing process
of the products such as radiographs and dye penetrant tests .
It
is needless to say that a final inspection of the finished product
takes place including checks for measure accuracies, leak tests,
surface measurements and material stampings, which are supervised
additionally by the TÜV. For all these and many other quality-assurance
checks, files and logs are created, which are collected and archived
all together in the final documentation of each product manufactured
by us. This is the only way to ensure a traceable record of the
manufacture of our products, even after many years.
